Our minimum merchandise purchase is $10.00 (prior to shipping and tax).   Michigan residents will have the appropriate Sales Tax added. We do not collect out of Michigan sales tax. 

Orders are processed in the order they are received and normally ship within three (3) business days and often sooner.
 
We generate our shipping labels from the information you, the customer provides, so if you give an incorrect or incomplete address and your package is returned to us, you will be charged for the additional shipping to have the order re-shipped. If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your order has shipped, any corrections to the shipping address may not be possible or if we are charged (UPS currently charges approximately $13.00) to have the address corrected or it is automatically correctly by UPS and delivered, you will be charged those additional costs as well.

So please take care when listing your shipping address.

We are not responsible for any lost package that was incorrectly addressed due to customer error.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.  A product may also be exchanged for another product.  To receive a refund the product must be returned within 30 days.  If the return is still in the 30 day window and a refund is desired then a store credit will be issued that the customer can spend at any time. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that the following criteria is met:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product isn’t used or damaged
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Scalesigns.com.

Clearance items cannot be returned.

UNITED STATES STANDARD SHIPPING
Contiguous United States – IN-STOCK orders over $59.99 ship ground prepaid (FREE) at the carrier of our discretion.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES
Outside the Contiguous United States are charged actual shipping charges plus $2 for shipping supplies.  Duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Orders are processed in the order they are received and normally ship within three (3) business days and often sooner.

A confirmation e-mail is sent when the order shipped and includes tracking information.  Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

SALES TAX
Since we have facilities in Michigan, we are required by law to charge the appropriate sales tax for the state of Michigan.
